How does it work?

Subscribe to a minimum of 50 SQM at ₦10,000 per SQM OR purchase any of the standard plots at ₦2,550,000 for 300SQM(8,500/SQM), ₦3,600,000 for 450SQM(₦8,000/SQM) & ₦4,500,000 for 600SQM(₦7,500/SQM) and have a guaranteed ROI for a stipulated duration.

 

For either fractional plots or standard plots, Valor City is obligated to buy-back from you at either 12 months, 18 months or 24 months.

What is the guarantee of ROI/how safe is my subscription?

Your subscription is tied to Valor City development, and because the value of our land is guaranteed to appreciate, at the agreed time, you get guaranteed value for your money, more than the current Treasury Bills offering.

 

The post – dated cheque also provides a guarantee against default of payment at maturity.

What are the minimum & maximum subscriptions?

You can subscribe to a minimum of 50SQM at ₦10,000 per SQM OR purchase any of the standard plots at ₦2,550,000 for 300SQM(8.500/SQM), ₦3,600,000 for 450SQM(₦8,000/SQM) & ₦4,500,000 for 600SQM(₦7,500/SQM) with no limit on the maximum.

Is there a payment plan for this?

There are no payment plans, subscription is on an outright payment basis ONLY, however, a subscriber is allowed only 3 working days to complete his or her payment.

Can I terminate before the due date?

In the event that the subscriber decides to terminate the subscription before the agreed duration, as funds are committed to development, we will require a written notice to Valor City Development Limited  after which the refund will be processed within 60 working days.

 

The refund shall be made with a deduction of 20% of subscription amount including administrative fees and other charges.

What documents do I get after subscription?

The following documents are issued upon payment:

  •  Receipt
  •  MOU
  •  Post-dated cheque

What happens if I choose not to resell the Valor City at the due date?

If at the due date, you are satisfied with progress and do not want to resell your plot to Valor City, the plot reserved gets allocated to you, however, this means you do not receive any capital or ROI.

 

N.B – Your plot has to either be upto 300 SQM, 450 SQM or 600 SQM to get an allocation, for SQM units lower than the standard plots, you are welcome to purchase further units to meet up to either sizes to get an allocation.

Can I transfer my subscription to a third party?

No, subscription cannot be transferred to a third party during the duration of the agreement.
